Tara Tollefson started The Buzz Company where she currently serves as chief executive officer and buzzmaker. Tara brings a keen eye for future marketing trends. She has leadership experience in sales, marketing and fundraising. Her areas of marketing expertise include market research, survey development and analysis, customer relations, networking and word-of-mouth marketing strategy. Tara received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University, where she received national recognition for her work in qualitative interviewing and comprehensive analysis.  

Professional and Community Involvement: 

Pam Nelson brings superior presentation skills to the Buzz Company, where she currently serves as executive assistant, videographer and buzzmaker. Pam specializes in organizational management, marketing, branding and video production. 

Pam has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Her work has taken her worldwide, particularly to East Asia and Europe.  

She remains dedicated to building a strong community through her involvement in a variety of nonprofit organizations. She has served on the board of directors for national organizations, including Christian Services Inc. and The Evangelical Free Church Youth Convention. 

Pam gained a strong foundation from Bemidji State University and Northwestern Bible College.
